PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: |
That the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to dedicate 17 feet of additional right-of-way and provide a planting screen easement along Creek Drive, That the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and street light conduit along Creek Drive, and |
That the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install sidewalk along the south side of E. St. Charles Street be continued to the November 5, 2007 City Council meeting at the applicant’s request. |
