PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission
recommended that the Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District be approved in conjunction with the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the Future Land Use Plan and the Planned Development Designation.
