PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the Fence Height Exception to allow a six foot high fence in a front yard setback be forwarded to City Council without recommendation.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Fence Height Exception to allow a six foot high fence in a front yard setback be denied.
