No. 07PL100 - Medicine Ridge Subdivision

A request by Sperlich Consulting for Schriner Investments, LLC to consider an application for a Preliminary Plat on Lots 1 thru 6 of Block 1, Lots 1 thru 5 of Block 2 and Lot 1 of Block 3 of Medicine Ridge Subdivision, Section 23, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, legally described as the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 and the SE1/4 of the NE1/4, Section 23, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the western terminus of Stumer Road and north of Enchantment Road.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Preliminary Plat be approved with the following stipulations:

1.

Upon submittal of a Final Plat the plat document shall be revised to identify the vacated section line highway on the eastern boundary;

2.

All improvements shall be constructed in accordance with City standards and the approved plans or a Variance to the Subdivision Regulation shall be obtained;

3.

Upon submittal of a Final Plat application, surety for any required subdivision improvements that have not been completed shall be posted and the subdivision inspection fees shall be paid; and,

4.

Prior to the City’s acceptance of the public improvements, a warranty surety shall be submitted for review and approval as required.
