PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Preliminary Plat be continued to the October 15, 2007 City Council meeting to allow the applicant to submit additional information and to allow the City Council to act on an associated Variance to the Subdivision Regulations request.
