A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to allow transitory non-overnight accessory dog kennels and horse corrals in Planned Developments by amending Chapter 17.18.030.

Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to allow transitory non-overnight accessory dog kennels and horse corrals in Planned Developments by amending Chapter 17.18.030 be approved.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to allow transitory non-overnight accessory dog kennels and horse corrals in Planned Developments by amending Chapter 17.18.030 be approved.
