PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the Vacation of a portion of a Utility and Drainage Easement be approved with the following stipulation:

Prior to Public Works Committee approval, documentation from all of the affected utility companies shall be submitted indicating no objection to the vacation.
