PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended to authorize the rights-of-way along Rapp Street and Eglin Street to be dedicated as H Lots in lieu of dedicating the rights-of-way on the Final Plat document and authorize the preparation of the H-Lots and acceptance of the deeds.
