A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Amendment to the Adopted Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from Light Industrial to General Commercial on the eastern 33 feet of Section 5 beginning at the SE corner of Section 5 extending 450 feet northerly and, the western 33 feet of Section 4 beginning at the SW corner of Section 4 extending northerly 450 feet, all located in T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located on a portion of South Valley Drive south of South Dakota Highway 44.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission
recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from Light Industrial to General Commercial be denied without prejudice.
