STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends that Legal and Finance Committee authorize staff and the contractor boards to begin reviewing the 2006 International Residential Code and the 2006 International Mechanical Code, and bring forward recommendations for Council consideration following the completion of public hearings on all proposed revisions.
