STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

1)   Request the Mayor to renew the membership of the 2003 International Building Code committee, and begin the process of adoption of the 2006 International Building Code Board, and;

2)   Authorize Staff and the committee to begin the process of adoption of the 2006 International Building Code.
