Legal & Finance Commitee Recommendation:

The Legal & Finance Committee recommended to request the Human Resources Department to bring forward a process for conducting uniform exit interviews which will not be handled by the department heads individually, a policy for Council’s consideration regarding performance reviews for employees, as well as supervisor employees and a report regarding turn over by department.
