No. 07CA008 - Marlin Industrial Park

A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for an Amendment to the Adopted Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from General Agriculture to General Commericial on Lot 1 of Marlin Industrial Park, located in the NW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 20, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located southwest of the intersection of Elk Vale Road and Creek Drive.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Adopted Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from General Agriculture to General Commericial be continued to the April 2, 2007 City Council meeting to allow the legal notification requirement to be met and to be heard in conjunction with the associated Rezoning from No Use District to Low Density Residential District.
