The Executive Policy Committee of the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization recommends approval of the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Rapid City and HDR in an amount not to exceed $161,000 subject to minor changes by the South Dakota Department of Transportation and the City Attorney.
