LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended approval of the 2007 Agreement between the City of Rapid City and the South Dakota Department of Transportation for accomplishing the Rapid City Area Transportation Planning Process – Federal Transit Administration Planning Funds in the amount of $82,989.

EXECUTIVE POLICY COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Executive Policy Committee of the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization recommends approval of the 2007 Agreement between the City of Rapid City and the South Dakota Department of Transportation for accomplishing the Rapid City Area Transportation Planning Process – Federal Transit Administration Planning Funds in the amount of $82,989.
