PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to Low Density Residential District be continued to the December 4, 2006 City Council meeting to be heard in conjunction with the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.

VOTE: (10 to 0 with Anderson, Brewer, Brown, Collins, Derby, Gregg, Hennies, Landguth, LeMay and Waltman voting yes and none voting no)
