PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The motion to approve failed on a tie vote (3 to 3
with Brewer, Hennies and Runde voting yes and Anderson, Brown and Gregg voting no). As a result the item is forwarded to the City Council without recommendation in accordance with the Planning Commission By-laws.
