A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Rezoning from No Use District to Low Density Residential District on the west 33 feet of Tract 5, Sletten Addition, located in the W1/2 NW1/4 SW1/4, Section 18, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located north of the intersection of West Nike Road and Cobalt Drive.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to Low Density Residential District be approved.
