A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from Residential to Public on Tract H, McMahon Subdivision, Section 24, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located west of Champion Drive and east of Vicki Powers Park.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from Residential to Public be continued to the November 20, 2006 City Council meeting.
