A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 17.04 to provide a definition of "Teenage Care Center" and an Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 17.12.030 to allow "Teenage Care Centers" as a Conditional Use in the Medium Density Residential District.


LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 17.04 to provide a definition of "Teenage Care Center" and an Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 17.12.030 to allow "Teenage Care Centers" as a Conditional Use in the Medium Density Residential District be approved.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 17.04 to provide a definition of "TeenageCareCenter" and an Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 17.12.030 to allow "Teenage Care Centers" as a Conditional Use in the Medium Density Residential District be approved.

VOTE: (8 to 0 with Anderson, Brewer, Fast Wolf, Gregg, Hennies, Landguth, LeMay and Waltman voting yes and none voting no)
