PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: |
That the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install additional pavement to meet a required 20 foot width along the access easements be denied without prejudice; and, |
That the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install additional right-of-way along the access easements as per Chapter 16.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be denied. |
