A request by Sperlich Consulting, Inc. for Schriner Investments, LLC to consider an application for a Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District on an unplatted parcel of land located in the SE1/4 NE1/4 NE1/4; NE1/4 SE1/4 NE1/4; excepting Tract B of Medicine Ridge, located in the NE1/4 NE1/4, SE1/4 NE1/4, Section 23, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the western terminus of Stumer Road.


STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District be continued to the October 16, 2006 City Council meeting as the stipulation of approval has not been met.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District be approved in conjunction with the Comprehensive Plan Amendment and the following stipulation:

Prior to approval by the City Council, a Planned Development Designation application shall be submitted and approved for the subject property.
