A request by Renner & Associates for Royal Nielsen to consider an application for a Request for Exception, on Lot Lot 15 Revised, Hills View Subdivision, located west of Hillside Drive and North of SD Highway 40.


PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the Request for Exception to waive the requirement to provide a second street access when more than forty (40) dwelling units are exclusively accessed from a street be approved.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends denial of the request to waive the requirement to provide a second street access when more than forty (40) dwelling units are exclusively accessed from a street.
