PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the Appeal to eliminate manholes on Lots 10 & 11 of Madison Subdivision be forwarded to City Council without recommendation.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends denial of the request to eliminate the manholes at the termination of the sewer lines at each of the private utility easements.
