PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the Appeal of the Exception Request of 120 Dwelling Units for Lots 10 & 11 of Madison Subdivision in lieu of the maximum number of 40 Dwelling Units as adopted by the resolution to the Street Design Criteria Manual on August 21, 2000 be forwarded to City Council without recommendation.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends denial of the request to waive the 40 Unit Rule.
