PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: |

A grading plan shall be submitted for review and approval prior to issuance of a building permit; |

Prior to Preliminary Plat approval by City Council, a revised plan be submitted for review and approval showing the size of the proposed sanitary service; |
3. |
Prior to Preliminary Plat approval by City Council, a revised plan shall be submitted for review and approval dedicating the required non-access easements; |
4. |
Prior to Preliminary Plat approval by City Council, a revised plan shall be submitted for review and approval with the correct legal description; and, |
5. |
Prior to Final Plat approval by the City Council, surety for any required subdivision improvements that have not been completed shall be posted and the subdivision inspection fees shall be paid. |
