PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Medium Density Residential District to Office Commercial District be continued to the August 21, 2006 City Council meeting to be heard in conjunction with a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the Long Range Comprehensive Plan.

VOTE: (8 to 0 with Anderson, Andrews, Brewer, Brown, Fast Wolf, Hennies, Landguth, LeMay and Waltman voting yes and none voting no)
