Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Addendum to the Rapid City Area 2006 Unified Planning Work Program Agreement be approved.

EXECUTIVE POLICY COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Executive Policy Committee of the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization recommends authorizing the Mayor and the Finance Officer to sign the Addendum to the Rapid City Area 2006 Unified Planning Work Program Agreement and the Amendment to the 2006 Unified Planning Work Program.
