A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Petition for Annexation on a parcel of land located in the NE1/4 NE1/4, SE1/4 NE1/4, NE1/4 SE1/4, SE1/4 SE1/4, Section 26, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located south of the intersection of Tartan Court and Catron Boulevard.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Petition for Annexation be approved contingent on any payment due to the Whispering Pines Fire Protection District being paid by the City of Rapid City .
