A request by Kevin Conway for Robert K. Fischer, general partner for Fischer Family Partnership to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to add carpet stores to the Parking Regulations of the Rapid City Municipal Code Section 17.50.270(d).


LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended Second Reading and Approval of Ordinance No. 5147 Establishing the Required Number of Off-Street Parking Spaces for Carpet Stores by Amending Section 17.50.270 of the Rapid City Municipal Code.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to add carpet stores to the Parking Regulations of the Rapid City Municipal Code Section 17.50.270(d) be approved.
