A request by Centerline for PLM Development, LLC to consider an application for a Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District on the unplatted portion of the SW1/4 SW1/4, less the N1/2 N1/2 N1/2 N1/2 SW1/4 SW1/4, Section 13, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located south of Minnesota Street and West of Fifth Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District be approved in conjunction with the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the U.S. 16 Area Future Land Use Plan.
