LEGAL AND FINANCE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommends approval of the Second Revised Project Plan for Tax Increment District No. 41 including up to $50,000 in engineering fees.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommends that the Second Revised Tax Increment District No. 41 Project Plan be approved.

Anderson, Andrews, Brewer, Brown, Fast Wolf, Hennies, and Schmidt voting yes and Landguth, LeMay voting no)
