PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Special Exception to allow 80 dwelling units with one point of access in lieu of 40 dwelling units as per the Street Design Criteria Manual, the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install curb, gutter, sidewalk, pavement, sewer, water and street light conduit and to dedicate additional right-of-way, and the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to allow lots twice as long as wide be continued to the January 16, 2006 City Council meeting at the applicant’s request.
VOTE: (9 to 0 with Anderson, Andrews, Brewer, Brown, Fast Wolf, Hennies, Landguth, LeMay, and Schmidt voting yes and none voting no)
