A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential on a Tract of land located in the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 24, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point on the east/west 1/4 line of said Section 24 from which the center 1/4 corner of said Section 24 bears S89º48'44"E a distance of 506.81 feet; thence S00º10'09"W a distance of 399.73 feet; thence N89º49'51"W a distance of 230.30 feet; thence N00º10'09"E a distance of 399.80 feet; thence S89º48'44"E a distance of 230.30 feet to the point of beginning: said Tract containing 2.11 acres more or less, more generally described as being located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Katheryn Drive and Haines Avenue.

 


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on the above described property from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential be approved.
