No. 05VE021 - South Pointe Subdivision
A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Vacation of Non-Access Easement on Lot 4, Block 4, South Pointe Subdivision, Section 24, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the southwest corner of Sandra Lane and Parkview Drive.

PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the Vacation of Non-Access Easement be approved. (Motion carried unanimously)


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Vacation of Non-Access Easement be approved with the following stipulation:

1.

A 70 foot non-access easement as opposed to the requested 60 foot non-access easement along Sandra Lane be approved upon submittal of a site plan.


VOTE: (10 to 0 with Anderson, Andrews, Brewer, Brown, Fast Wolf, Hennies, LeMay, Nash, Prairie Chicken and Schmidt voting yes and none voting no)
