A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Vacation of Non-Access Easement on Lot 6, Block 3, Eastridge Estates Subdivision, SE1/4 NW1/4, Section 24, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 303 Enchantment Road.


PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the Vacation of Non-Access Easement be approved. (Motion carried unanimously)

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:

Planning Commission recommended that the Vacation of Non-Access Easement be approved with the following stipulation

1.

Prior to the approval of the City Council, a recorded copy of an access restriction for 55 feet of lot frontage abutting Stumer Road shall be submitted to the Growth Management Department.
