Planning Commission recommended to
deny the Rezoning from General Commercial to Low Density Residential II without prejudice with the applicant's concurrence.

VOTE: (10 to 1 with Anderson, Andrews, Brewer, Fast Wolf, Hennies, LeMay, Nash, Prairie Chicken and Schmidt voting yes and none voting no)
