PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended approval of the request by Centerline for PLM Development, LLC for an exception to the Street Design Criteria Manual to reduce the non-access easement along Daybreak Lane from 50 feet to 46 feet. (Motion carried unanimously.)
