Staff recommends approval of the amendment to the FY 2005 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan to allow the Canyon Lake Senior Citizens Center to use the previously approved allocation of $8,000 for the purchase and installation of a new energy efficient boiler heating system, purchase and installation of a new 80 gallon water heater for the main building servicing the kitchen, bathroom and chemical disinfecting system, and transfer costs for moving the existing 40 gallon water heater to the new annex section.
