PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to allow a lot twice as long as wide be tabled; |
That the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to provide street light conduit along Fifth Street and Minnesota Street be tabled; and |
That the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to dedicate additional right-of-way along Minnesota Street be approved. |
