LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance recommended that the Ordinance to establish the Canyon Lake Overlay Zoning District by adding Chapter 17.58 to Title 17 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be approved. (Motion carried unanimously)
