Staff recommends that the Rezoning from Low Density Residential District to Medium Density Residential District be approved with the following revised legal description: that portion of Lot C of the SW1/4 NW1/4, Section 10, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota lying southwest of a line drawn between the southeast property corner and a point on the front property line along Arrowhead Drive 358 feet from the northeast property corner.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Low Density Residential District to Medium Density Residential District be approved in conjunction with a Planned Development Designation.
