A request by Dean Kelly Construction to consider an application for a Resolution to change road name from Hoefer Court to Julia Court on Lots 17 thru 22, Block 3, Park Hill Subdivision, Section 7, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located west of the intersection of Churchill Street and Hoefer Avenue.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Resolution to change the road name from Hoefer Court to Julia Court for the cul-de-sac street located in the southeast corner of Section 7, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota be approved and that a street sign be posted.
