No. 04FV009 French moved, second by Kroeger to Approve a Fence Height Exception for petitioner Michael Sekellick to allow a six foot fence in the front yard setback on Lot 11, of Block 4 of Northbrook Village, Section 13, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 147 Soldier Field Court. The motion prevailed on a unanimous voice vote.

Staff recommends that the Fence Height Exception to allow an six foot fence in the front yard setback be denied.
