A request by Ferber Engineering Company, Inc. for Cregut Inc. to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to reduce the right-of-way width, to waive the requirement to install curb and gutter and to allow platting half a right-of-way as per Chapter 16.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code on , legally described as Lot 1 of Lot C of Lot 1 of Rohrer Subdivision located in the SW1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 29, T1N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 7800 Alberta Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision regulations to allow platting half a section line right-of-way be approved and that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to reduce the right-of-way width from 59 feet to 40 feet and to waive the requirement to install curb and gutter be denied.

VOTE: (5 to 0 to 1 with Brown, Henning, Nash, Prairie Chicken and Schmidt voting yes, none voting no and Hoffmann abstaining)
