PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Low Density Residential District to Office Commercial District be continued to the June 21, 2004 City Council meeting to allow the applicant to submit an application for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
