of Plats on Page 41, said corner being marked with a rebar and cap marked
“Davis Eng 3095”; thence, southwesterly along the westerly edge of said
Lot Six, South 18 degrees 28 minutes 52 seconds West (more or less) a
distance of 111.80 feet (more or less), to a corner of said Lot Six, said
corner being marked with a rebar and cap marked “Davis Eng 3095”; thence,
continuing southeasterly along the westerly edge of said Lot Six, South
