A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Rezoning from No Use District to General Commercial District on south 200 feet of Lot 1 of Neff's Subdivision #3, Section 34, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located east of Elk Vale Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to General Commercial District be approved in conjunction with the Planned Development Designation.

Vote: (9 to 0 with Brannan, Brown, Henning, Hoffmann, Nash, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt, Stone and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
