A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on a 2.295 acre parcel from General Agriculture to General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development on a parcel of land located in the SW1/4 of Section 22, T2N, R8E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, being more particularly described as beginning at the southwest corner of said Section 22; thence S89º47'57"E, 50.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence N00º02'25"E, 499.64 feet; thence S89º57'35"E, 200.00 feet; thence S00º02'25"W, 500.20 feet; thence N89º47'57"W, 200.00 feet to the true point of beginning containing 2.295 acres more or less, more generally described as being located along North Elk Vale Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on a 2.295 acre parcel from General Agriculture to General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development be approved.

Vote: (9 to 0 with Brannan, Brown, Henning, Hoffmann, Nash, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt, Stone and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
