| The Parks & Recreation Subcommittee unanimously recommended that the City Council not proceed with the acquisition of the 52.8 acre Enchanted Hills Commons Area at this time pending resolution of the site access issues; and that the City Council express their interest in the future acquisition of the site when access is available noting that the area would provide both needed open space and alternative recreational uses. |
